Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy outlines the process for returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges for all orders placed on our website.

1. Returns and Replacements

We accept returns for specific reasons and within a strict timeframe to ensure a smooth process.

Return Window

  • Damaged or Missing Items: You must report any damaged, tampered, or missing products within 2 days of delivery.
  • Incorrect or Expired Items: For incorrect or expired products, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or replacement.

How to Request a Return

To start the process, please submit a request through the Chat option on our website or by submitting a request to us. Please have your order details and contact information ready. We will review your request within 2 working days.

Return Conditions

We will accept a return or replacement if:

  • The wrong or an expired product was delivered.
  • The product was physically damaged or tampered with upon arrival.
  • The order was incomplete, with missing products.

We cannot accept a return if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or altered.
  • The original packaging, including labels, is missing.
  • The return request is made after the specified window (7 days for incorrect/expired items, 2 days for damaged/missing items).

Return Process

  1. Pickup: Once your request is approved, we will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the item within 5-7 business days.
  2. Self-Ship: If our pickup service is unavailable in your area, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us via a reliable courier.
  3. Quality Check: After receiving the product, we will perform a quality check at our warehouse.
  4. Replacement/Exchange: If the product passes the quality check, we will initiate a replacement. The new product will be shipped to you, and you can expect delivery within our standard shipping timeline, which is typically 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.

2. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order using the CANCEL button on the order details page in the My Account section.

  • Timeline: Orders can only be canceled if they have not been marked as “Ready to Ship.”

3. Refunds

Refund Timeline

  • For Canceled Orders: The refund for prepaid orders will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • For Returned Items: Once the returned product passes our quality check, the refund will be processed. The entire process, from pickup to refund, may take up to 2 weeks.

Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be automatically credited to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, UPI).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You will need to provide your bank account details for us to process the refund via bank transfer.
