Shipping Policy – Oath Studio
This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery processes, timelines, and charges for your orders placed with Oath Studio (https://oathstudio.co.in).
1. General Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed. Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email notification or SMS that includes your tracking number and the courier service used.
2. Delivery Timelines and Charges
We partner with reliable national courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products across India.
- Local Deliveries (Ayodhya): You can expect delivery within 1-2 business days after dispatch, and these shipments are Free.
- Within Uttar Pradesh: Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days after dispatch. A flat shipping charge (which will be specified at checkout) applies.
- Rest of India: Standard delivery across the rest of the country takes approximately 5-7 business days after dispatch. A flat shipping charge (which will be specified at checkout) applies.
Note: These are estimated delivery timelines only. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, local restrictions, or high-volume periods.
3. Shipping Costs and Cash on Delivery (COD)
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the package’s weight. The final cost will be automatically displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase. We may also offer Free Shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select pin codes within India. If you choose COD, a nominal COD Fee may be applied to your order, and this fee will be visible during checkout.
4. Handling Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Damaged on Arrival: If you receive a product that is damaged or if the packaging appears tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Take photos of the damaged package and contact us immediately at info@oathstudio.co.in or via the chat option on our website.
- Lost in Transit: If your package tracking shows no update for 7 days or more after the expected delivery date, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the courier service and arrange a replacement or refund once the package is officially declared lost.
5. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order at info@oathstudio.co.in. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed and shipped. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
